The “Maintenance Price List” outlines the owners responsibility for costs related to A, B and C. Section D itemizes the cost of materials, supplies and or service that may be charged to the Tenant for neglect, abuse or failure to exercise reasonable care.

Rental Payment Policy
All payments must be submitted in the form of a cashier’s check or money order made payable to Coldwell Banker Cascade Realty and dated no later than the 1st day of each month. Tenants who have not paid their rent by the 5th of the month are in default of their lease agreement. To avoid eviction, tenant must pay all past due rent, late fees, court costs and eviction filing fees. |
